If the question of training is actually about how to succeed in rowing, then the answer is planning. Consequently, when you ask us how to train, our answer is not some training ‘philosophy’ or some general advice that might leave you even more confused than before. Our answer is a plan.

Training with the Rojabo Training Program, your entire season will be planned out for you, leaving as little as possible to coincidence on the day of the race. You decide how often you want to train and tell us, what you are training towards. In return, we tell you what kind of training to do in each training session.

Planning eliminates the question of training

How to row better, eat healthier, and train more efficiently are all questions complex enough to merit academic research programs. But you don’t want to know all that. All you really want to know is: what works?

With regards to planning, we have made it simple for you. We have studied the differences between training plans that work and those that don’t, and we’ve built that knowledge into the Rojabo Training Program. All you need is to decide how much effort you will put in and when you want to peak. Leave the planning to us.
