Train like a pro – up to 60 minutes of effective training per rowing workout
You need to be in good shape to complete these workouts, used to train over 7 times a week. A Danish national team rower has a Rojabo Index of 800 -850
The Rojabo Index indicates your performance capacity at the moment. How long you are able to effectively train.
Rojabo Index 850 workout session lasts for +/- 60 minutes, that is excluding warm-up and cool down.
