We have gotten feedback from some of our users that completing a monthly endurance test  is too hard. You might also be a coach to a group of athletes and want to give them a training program that would match their current fitness level. Is there a way to get programs calculated without completing the test?

The simple method is to reuse previous test results, however any improvement in fitness level will not be noted. Or you can fill in the form below, estimate the figures or use figures from your most recent race/test and we can provide you with rough estimates, which you can use to fill in the test results needed to create the Rojabo training programs.
